Families can individually contract with “The Helping Hands Caring Hearts LLC” childcare service for their childcare needs during the convention.  The service has been in business for 12 years.  Check out their website at www.helpinghandscaringhearts.com.  

You may contact Misty Bell for information or reservations at 316-721-3117 or email helpinghandscaringhearts@cox.net.  They can care for your child/children in the comfort of your hotel room. 

Rates are as follows:  There is a one time agency fee of $40 for the weekend per sitter used.  You then pay $9 per hour. 

Please take special note that your child care expenses at the convention can be reimbursed through National Catholic Engaged Encounter.
